Position SummarySeeking RN Leader to work alongside Bedside nurses on our General Peds and Ortho/Trauma/Pulmonary units-Late afternoon/mid evening shift. Must have BSN. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months. The incumbent will need to have leadership experience, a strong clinical skill set, change agent mentality. Experience with cultural work, education and bedside nursing is required.
